ConcreCem

ConcreCem was developed as an additive to improve the durability of concrete and mortars in project-specific concrete applications; it's a fine, powdered blend that offers unique properties in the end products produced. The addition of ConcreCem contributes to considerably improved impermeability against water, salts and acids, while greatly improving the thermal and fire resistance and physical and chemical properties of the cementitious materials in general. ConcreCem acts as a catalyst, modifying the internal chemistry of the cement hydration process, effectively boosting the formation of durable crystalline compounds. Varying the quantity of ConcreCem and adapting the water/cement factor can also influence viscosity to ensure a faster hardening time. ConcreCem improves workability and reduces heat generation during the cement hydration process as well as ensuring a greater degree of free cement hydration resulting in higher early strength development if required.
